Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product quality and reliability targets from concept through launch and mass production.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive quality and reliability strategies for next-gen AI hardware systems.
  • Establish NPI processes, reliability qualification strategies, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Drive process improvements across design, operations, TPMs, and external partners.
  • Design and execute quality assurance plans, testing protocols, and validation for hardware systems.
  • Use advanced data analytics to monitor metrics like yield, defect rates, and MTBF; predict failures and guide improvements.
  • Conduct failure analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions in development and operations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to enforce quality standards for sub-components.
  • Perform on-site vendor visits to audit manufacturing environments and procedures.
  • Lead supplier and JDM/CM quality audits and performance reviews.
  • Own quality processes for PCB, PCBA, cabling, connectors, chassis, racks, power, and cooling.
  • Manage quality requirements, schedules, and deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders.
