  • Monitor, identify, and resolve production bottlenecks via Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Kaizen events tailored to plant needs.
  • Manage processes to detect waste factors affecting CPU costs and lead efficiency/productivity projects.
  • Oversee plant KPIs, including Lean adoption metrics, and drive learning processes for standard creation.
  • Serve as point of contact (POC) for OPEX headquarters tasks.
  • Define and validate staffing standards periodically, contribute to plant layout and new machinery integration.
  • Manage the Matic MES system and lead the 'Partners for Success' program.
