Day in the Life

Expect a mix of fieldwork and learning: train in electrical, instrumentation, and controls; perform line locations and valve maintenance; assist with pigging operations and daily rounds; and contribute to preventative maintenance and compliance tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with tasks to safely maintain facility equipment, support operations, and solve technical problems collaboratively.
• Acquire knowledge of safe facility operations, protecting personnel, community, environment, and assets.
• Participate in flow path training, electrical/instrumentation support, and transmitter calibrations.
• Complete line locations, pigging, valve maintenance, daily rounds, and readings in the gathering system.
• Build mechanical skills through maintenance, preventative tasks, compliance activities, and facility cleaning.
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and records of process operations and equipment performance.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs, location, and your skills.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current enrollment and completion of one semester in Professional & Technical Programs at Panola College (Electrician-Industrial Electrician), Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College (Industrial Maintenance Technology), Bossier Parish Community College, or equivalent accredited technical institution.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

Must be willing to:

• Work in extreme temperatures, loud noises, and enclosed spaces.
• Carry/lift up to 50 lbs individually and team lift heavier loads.
• Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat for extended periods.
• Work at elevated heights using man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, or towers with proper PPE.
• Use hand tools regularly.

• Valid State Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Not eligible for sponsorship.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
