• Performing all quality checks and maintaining detailed reports, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), TPM metrics, and traceability documentation.
• Managing the recycling program, handling PET bottles and strapping, and ensuring cleanliness of recycle containers to support PepsiCo's sustainability goals.
• Executing all required sanitation tasks for the operational area to maintain hygiene standards.
• Participating in and assisting with the processing and packaging area maintenance program.
• Identifying and documenting downtime events with root causes, utilizing Focused Improvement (FI) tools and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) teams.
