Position Summary

As a Operator Wózków Widłowych (Forklift Operator) in Kutno, Poland, you will play a vital role in our supply chain operations. This full-time, mid-level position involves safe and efficient forklift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We're seeking reliable team players ready for 2-shift work to ensure seamless material flow from raw materials to finished products. Estimated salary: 48,000 - 65,000 PLN annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform internal transport including loading waste, delivering raw materials to production lines, transporting finished goods to warehouse, and unloading import trucks.
• Prepare customer shipments systematically based on incoming orders using warehouse management systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to maintain uninterrupted production processes.
• Uphold strict work discipline and comply with all BHP (health & safety) regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum vocational education or equivalent.
• Valid UDT certification for forklift operation.
• Proven experience working in a production warehouse environment.
• Availability for 2-shift system.
• Strong discipline, conscientiousness, accuracy, motivation, and team commitment.
