Overview

As an Oracle Account Cloud Engineer, you will empower organizations on their digital transformation journey, making a direct impact on their success through the power of Oracle's comprehensive cloud portfolio. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you will collaborate with clients to design, deploy, and optimize cloud solutions tailored to their business needs. Your expertise will drive innovation, efficiency, and growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Design and architect cloud infrastructures using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services.
• Lead technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops to showcase Oracle capabilities.
• Implement and migrate customer workloads to Oracle Cloud with minimal downtime.
• Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting, and optimization of cloud environments.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical proposals and solution roadmaps.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud innovations and industry trends to advise clients effectively.
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in all cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of OCI services including Compute, Storage, Networking, and Database.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
• Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, HCM) is a plus.
