Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive sales of Oracle's Primavera and Aconex software solutions to the Construction & Engineering industry in Japan. In this role, you will build relationships with key clients, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and close deals to expand Oracle's market presence. Join our dynamic team to leverage cutting-edge project management tools in a high-growth sector.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within the Construction & Engineering sector in Japan.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of Primavera and Aconex software.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and customer onboarding.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and partners to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Oracle product updates.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and contribute to strategic account planning.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in Construction & Engineering.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Japanese market.
  • Deep understanding of Primavera, Aconex, or similar project management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Japanese and English.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
