Overview

Oracle is seeking Sales Account Managers with a proven track record in selling software, hardware, or business services. In this role, you’ll manage relationships with a portfolio of NetSuite customers to drive continued adoption and expansion of NetSuite’s cloud-based solutions, including ERP, Accounting, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with assigned NetSuite customer accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling NetSuite modules and services.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of NetSuite solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue and expansion targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase NetSuite capabilities.
  • Work with sales teams, partners, and support to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Track account performance and report on key metrics to leadership.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in software, hardware, or business services.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding customer accounts.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based ERP, CRM, or financial software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with SaaS sales cycles and account management methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; willingness to travel as needed.
