Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM-powered agents and RAG pipelines for enterprise applications.
• Develop structured AI workflows integrating generative AI with Oracle's cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product teams to prototype and deploy innovative AI features.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and integrate them into Oracle products.
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for AI system accuracy and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices within the team.
• Engage with customers to understand AI use cases and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with focus on LLMs and generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems, vector databases, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate in fast-paced environments.
