Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Data Platform Architect to design and implement data architectures optimized for cloud platforms and AI/ML workloads in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven approaches to build scalable, secure, and high-performance data ecosystems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud-native solutions and AI-driven business intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data architectures for cloud environments optimized for AI/ML workloads.
• Implement secure, high-performance data pipelines using modern cloud services.
• Integrate AI-driven tools and frameworks into data platforms for advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to define architecture requirements.
• Optimize data storage, processing, and governance for cost-efficiency and compliance.
• Lead migration of legacy systems to cloud-native AI-enabled data platforms.
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, diagrams, and documentation.
• Monitor and enhance platform performance using AI-based observability tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, with 5+ years in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data orchestration tools (Airflow, Kubeflow).
• Strong knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience designing secure, scalable data platforms for enterprise AI use cases.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
