Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center construction projects, from planning to commissioning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and operations for seamless execution.
- Manage executive-level stakeholder communications and reporting on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Lead vendor and contractor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet aggressive timelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks, implementing corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements and best practices in infrastructure deployment.
- Collaborate with global teams to align projects with Oracle's cloud expansion strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally in data centers or cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar construction projects with complex dependencies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience influencing executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies (Agile, PMP).
