Overview

The Alliance & Channel Intern will play a vital role in supporting our Value Added Distributors across Africa. This 12-month program in Johannesburg, South Africa, offers hands-on experience in alliance management and channel development. Interns will contribute to strategic partnerships, driving growth and collaboration in the Oracle ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with Value Added Distributors (VADs) across Africa.
• Support the development and execution of channel partner programs and initiatives.
• Conduct market research on potential alliance opportunities and partner performance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for partner meetings and reviews.
• Coordinate joint marketing activities and co-selling opportunities with partners.
• Track partner pipeline, certifications, and enablement progress using CRM tools.
• Participate in alliance strategy planning and quarterly business reviews.
• Provide administrative support for channel events, webinars, and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (Business, Marketing, or related field).
• Strong interest in sales, partnerships, or channel management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
