Oracle is seeking an Applications Developer 4 specializing in Fusion Service Cloud (RightNow/CX) for our India team. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications in Oracle Fusion Service Cloud (RightNow/CX).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services for seamless integrations.
• Write efficient SQL queries to support data-driven features and reporting.
• Create responsive UIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Build backend logic with PHP and Python for robust application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing RightNow/CX implementations.
• Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and best practices adherence.

Qualifications

• Expertise in PHP, JavaScript, Python, CSS, HTML, and SQL.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Service Cloud and RightNow/CX platforms.
• Proven track record in full-stack application development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years experience.
