As part of the Oracle CX Cloud Platform team, you will build foundational capabilities for next-generation CX applications. Work on cutting-edge technologies including microservices, AI agents, streaming solutions, workflow toolkits, process automation, suggestion frameworks, and SDKs. Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices-based platform capabilities for Oracle CX Cloud.
• Implement AI agents and intelligent suggestion frameworks to enhance user experiences.
• Build scalable streaming solutions for real-time data processing and analytics.
• Develop workflow toolkits and process automation features for seamless operations.
• Create and maintain SDKs to empower CX application developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver platform roadmaps.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development with Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks, streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink), and workflow engines.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS/Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with agile methodologies.
