Job Description

Overview

Develops and manages third-party sales channels to drive Oracle's sales targets in the General Business mid-market segment. Ensures partners achieve their sales goals through strategic collaboration and enablement. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this role focuses on building high-performing partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit strategic partners in the mid-market space.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to meet Oracle sales targets.
  • Conduct partner training and enablement on Oracle applications portfolio.
  • Manage partner performance metrics and provide coaching for target achievement.
  • Drive lead generation and opportunity pipeline through partner networks.
  • Negotiate partner agreements and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with Oracle sales teams to align partner activities with customer needs.
  • Report on channel performance and recommend improvements to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner sales or channel management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle applications or enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English required.
