Job Description

Overview

Sells a subset of Oracle product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory, mainly Tier 3 accounts within Financial Services GIU. Drives revenue growth by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to exceed sales targets and expand Oracle's market presence in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities within assigned Tier 3 accounts in Financial Services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to financial services needs.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-sell and leverage channel opportunities.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates for accurate reporting.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and Oracle's evolving portfolio.
  • Negotiate contracts and drive deal progression to successful closure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in Financial Services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in Tier 3 accounts.
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry challenges and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales analytics platforms.
