Position Overview

As an Applications Sales Representative IV at Oracle in Taiwan, you will drive sales of our Cloud Enterprise Growth, Innovation, and User (CEGIU) product portfolio, including Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM solutions, to a large portfolio of named and non-named accounts. This senior-level role involves direct sales and partner ecosystem management to achieve aggressive revenue targets in the dynamic Taiwanese market. You will leverage your expertise in enterprise applications to build strategic relationships, uncover customer needs, and position Oracle as the preferred cloud partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities for CEGIU products within assigned named and non-named accounts in Taiwan.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and influencers in target organizations.
  • Collaborate with partners and channel ecosystems to co-sell Oracle solutions and expand market reach.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions tailored to customer business challenges.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, contract signing, and customer onboarding.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
  • Work closely with pre-sales technical teams, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless deal progression.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews to leadership.
  • Stay current on Oracle product updates, industry regulations, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Demonstrated success selling cloud-based SaaS applications to large enterprises in Taiwan or APAC markets.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or comparable ERP/HCM/SCM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales analytics platforms.
  • Ability to travel within Taiwan as needed to meet customers and attend events.
  • Results-oriented mindset with experience managing complex sales cycles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to financial services, manufacturing, or retail sectors in Taiwan.
  • Existing network of contacts among C-level executives and decision-makers in key accounts.
  • Technical background or certifications in cloud computing (e.g., Oracle Cloud certification).
  • Fluency in additional languages such as Hokkien or Cantonese for regional engagement.
  • Prior experience managing partner relationships in the Oracle ecosystem.
