Overview

Oracle is seeking a dynamic Applications Sales Representative for the Public Sector in Lima, Peru. In this role, you will drive sales of Oracle's cloud applications to government agencies and public institutions, building key relationships and exceeding revenue targets. Join our PE team to deliver innovative solutions that transform public sector operations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within public sector organizations in Peru.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies.
• Present Oracle's SaaS applications, demonstrating value and ROI.
• Manage full sales cycle from qualification to contract closure.
• Collaborate with solution architects and partners for tailored proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Stay updated on public sector trends and Oracle product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably public sector.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish and English.
• Understanding of Peruvian public sector procurement processes.
