Position Overview

Join the successful North America Strategic Account sales team, driving Oracle Hospitality’s expansion in the hotel sector. As an Applications Sales Representative, you will engage with leading hotel brands, selling cutting-edge cloud, software, hardware, and services solutions to enhance guest experiences and boost revenue. This role offers the opportunity to elevate your industry profile while delivering high-impact technology that powers exceptional hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities within strategic hotel accounts across North America.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to sell Oracle Hospitality cloud, software, hardware, and services solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in the hotel industry.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing how Oracle solutions drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers and solution architects, to craft customized proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close complex deals and achieve quarterly sales quotas.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to position Oracle Hospitality as the preferred technology partner.
  • Track sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting to sales leadership.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Deliver post-sales support to ensure customer success and identify upsell opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise software or technology sales, ideally in hospitality or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas in a competitive B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of the hotel industry, including property management systems and revenue optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings, events, and trade shows.
  • U.S. work authorization required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to large hotel chains or casino resorts.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Hospitality OPERA or similar PMS solutions.
  • Existing network of contacts within the North American hospitality sector.
  • Advanced degree or certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing trends and SaaS delivery models.
