Job Description

Overview

Sells Oracle On Premise Applications directly or via partners to Vertical and Horizontal Markets. This Field Sales Rep role supports On Premise application customers in the upmarket diversified industries space. The geographic region covers the Eastern United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within assigned territory for Oracle On Premise Applications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target Vertical and Horizontal markets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Oracle solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive joint sales opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and customer onboarding.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for upmarket diversified industries.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and performance targets.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably with Oracle or similar.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in field sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of On Premise application solutions and diversified industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel within Eastern US and Canada as needed.
