Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within Nigeria and Ghana territories for Oracle Cloud Applications.
  • Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure for HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
  • Stay updated on competitive landscape and Oracle product developments to position solutions effectively.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in Cloud Applications (HCM/ERP/SCM).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in Nigeria/Ghana or similar markets.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and business applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel within territory as needed; based in Lagos, Nigeria.
