Job Description
Overview
As Architect, AI Operations in OCI, NA, you will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, and networks powering AI operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable AI infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Drive innovation in AI Ops to ensure high availability, performance, and security for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end AI operations platforms on OCI, integrating databases, networking, and compute resources.
- Design and develop scalable software solutions for AI model deployment, monitoring, and orchestration.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in distributed AI systems, databases, and cloud-native applications.
- Lead the implementation of observability tools for AI workloads, including logging, metrics, and alerting.
- Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and deliver high-performance AI infrastructure.
- Optimize AI operations for cost-efficiency, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Mentor engineers on best practices for cloud architecture, DevOps, and AI/ML operations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI Ops, contributing to OCI's roadmap for generative AI services.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with focus on cloud infrastructure and AI/ML operations.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Strong proficiency in designing and troubleshooting databases (Oracle DB, NoSQL) and networking.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks, MLOps pipelines, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Proven track record in high-scale distributed systems and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical projects.
