Position Overview

The Associate Advanced Services Engineer (Oracle Apps/Cloud), CSS Tech Delivery role is part of Oracle's IDC Early Career Tech Delivery Program, designed for early-career and returnship talent in Customer Success Services (CSS). This position offers hands-on experience in delivering Oracle Applications and Cloud solutions, combining technical delivery with structured learning and mentorship. You'll contribute to customer success projects while building a strong foundation for a rewarding career in technology consulting and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle Applications and Cloud services for customer engagements
• Support technical delivery of CSS projects, including deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of Oracle solutions
• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions
• Perform data migration, integration, and customization tasks using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Apps tools
• Document technical processes, configurations, and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer and repeatability
• Participate in customer workshops and demos to showcase Oracle Apps/Cloud capabilities
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues in production environments under guidance
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on tools and methodologies
• Engage in program learning modules to develop skills in Oracle technologies and consulting best practices
• Support team efforts in project planning, status reporting, and risk mitigation activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in software development, IT support, or technical consulting
• Familiarity with Oracle Applications (EBS, Fusion) or Oracle Cloud services
• Basic knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database concepts
• Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for customer interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle certifications such as Oracle Cloud Foundations or Oracle Apps Fundamentals
• Experience with Java, REST APIs, or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
• Exposure to agile methodologies or project management tools like Jira
• Previous internship or project experience in enterprise software delivery
• Demonstrated interest in customer success and consultative services
