Overview

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. In this Associate Configuration Support Analyst A4 role based in India, you will troubleshoot configuration issues, ensure optimal system performance, and collaborate with teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently. Responsibilities

• Provide tier-1 support for Oracle configuration issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported configuration problems in Oracle applications.
• Document support cases, solutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and development teams on complex escalations.
• Perform system configuration testing and validation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor support tickets, prioritize workloads, and meet SLAs consistently.
• Assist in customer training and best practices for Oracle configurations.
• Contribute to process improvements and support tools within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support or configuration management.
• Familiarity with Oracle products (e.g., EBS, Fusion, or Cloud applications).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
