Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing ORMB solutions for client billing and revenue management needs.
• Configure pricing models, billing rules, and rating algorithms within ORMB.
• Support data migration and integration with client financial systems.
• Participate in requirement gathering and solution design workshops.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide Tier 1 support and troubleshoot billing issues post-go-live.
• Document configurations, processes, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on client deliverables and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (2023-2024) from a BS/BA program in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Java, or scripting languages preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work in Makati, Metro Manila.
• Philippine citizen or eligible to work in the Philippines.
