Responsibilities

• Lead oncology research projects, overseeing study design and execution from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative research strategies.
• Analyze complex clinical and preclinical data to derive actionable insights for oncology therapeutics.
• Manage relationships with key oncology stakeholders, including CROs, investigators, and sponsors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in all research activities.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities in the oncology space.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of scientific excellence.
• Prepare and present research findings to internal leadership and external conferences.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD or MD) in Oncology, Pharmacology, or related life sciences field.
• 7+ years of experience in oncology research or clinical development.
• Proven track record of leading successful oncology studies or programs.
• Strong expertise in oncology therapeutic areas, including solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and statistical tools.
• Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities.
