Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA specializing in Oracle Data Guard and Oracle RAC to join our team in Türkiye. In this Autonomous Database Engineer (Cloud DBA & DevOps) role, you will solve complex infrastructure cloud service problems and develop automation to prevent recurrence. Leverage your expertise to optimize Oracle environments in the cloud for high availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Oracle Data Guard for disaster recovery and high availability.
• Deploy and maintain Oracle RAC clusters in cloud environments.
• Automate database provisioning, patching, and monitoring using DevOps tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Troubleshoot complex performance issues in Autonomous Databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for database deployments and schema changes.
• Optimize database configurations for cloud scalability and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless database integration.
• Monitor and maintain database security, backups, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as Oracle DBA with Data Guard and RAC.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Autonomous Database and cloud services (OCI, AWS, Azure).
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, scripting (Python/Bash), and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with database automation, monitoring tools (e.g., Oracle Enterprise Manager).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
