Overview

The Global Finance Operations (GFO) team manages Quoting, Contracting, Order Management, and Compensation services for Oracle's customer transactions, maximizing revenue while protecting legal and commercial interests. The Global Reporting & Analytics team delivers KPI publishing, operational reporting, data transformation, training, and budgetary support. We enable data-driven operations with accurate, timely services to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish key performance indicators (KPIs) for GFO operations.
• Create and maintain operational reports using BI tools and Oracle databases.
• Analyze data to transform raw information into actionable insights.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on reporting tools and dashboards.
• Support budgeting processes with financial data analysis and forecasting.
• Monitor and troubleshoot reporting issues to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and enhancements.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BI reporting and analytics roles.
• Proficiency in Oracle BI tools (OBIEE, OTBI) and SQL for data querying.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development and data visualization.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder training and presentations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment in Bengaluru.
