Overview

The Bilingual Project Manager (French or Mandarin speaking) manages and tracks progress of Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion. They plan customer-specific engagements, oversee business requirements, control scope, manage changes, and resolve roadblocks while handling multiple projects in a matrix environment. This role ensures high-quality delivery of Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through completion.
• Plan customer-specific engagements and timelines.
• Develop, review, and obtain signoff on business requirements.
• Execute deliverables while controlling scope and schedule.
• Implement change management processes as needed.
• Track project progress and communicate status updates.
• Resolve discrepancies and project roadblocks promptly.
• Coordinate resources across matrix organization for multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French or Mandarin required (bilingual English).
• 5+ years of project management experience in ERP implementations.
• Proven expertise with Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
