Overview

Provides programs to improve financial analysis, operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization’s financial and operational business objectives as well as Oracle business processes. Enhances financial operations through data-driven insights and process optimization. Drives alignment between financial strategies and Oracle's core business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement programs enhancing operational efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and Oracle internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals.
• Create reports and dashboards for financial performance monitoring.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Optimize Oracle business processes for financial operations.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering for system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis tools and Oracle systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be a US citizen.
