Position Overview

As the Business Development Manager for Oracle Services for SaaS, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads for CSS Brazil and Latin America, supporting strategic initiatives in Oracle Customer Success Services for SaaS. You will drive pipeline growth, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the success of business development campaigns. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment, contributing to Oracle's expansion in the SaaS services market across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads for CSS Brazil and Latin America through targeted outreach, partnerships, and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives for Oracle Customer Success Services for SaaS to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to business development, pipeline generation, and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on lead qualification and nurturing processes
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the SaaS services sector
  • Manage the end-to-end pipeline from lead generation to opportunity handoff, ensuring accurate forecasting
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and prospects, to expand Oracle's footprint
  • Track campaign status, optimize strategies based on data insights, and report progress to senior leadership
  • Support regional events, webinars, and thought leadership activities to enhance brand visibility and lead flow
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to document activities, track metrics, and improve process efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales enablement within SaaS or cloud services
  • Proven track record in generating and managing sales pipelines in Latin America markets
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer success services
  • Experience with KPI monitoring, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Oracle products or in the enterprise software industry
  • Knowledge of the Brazilian and Latin American SaaS market landscape
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools like Marketo or HubSpot
  • MBA or relevant certifications in sales or business development
  • Prior success in driving strategic initiatives for regional growth
