Overview
The Senior Director, Business Planning-Ops will lead a senior team of individual contributors responsible for managing the entire portfolio of tooling and automation during Oracle Fusion transition. This role drives strategic planning, implementation, and optimization to ensure seamless operations. Based in Seattle, WA, the position reports to executive leadership and influences cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of senior individual contributors overseeing Oracle Fusion tooling and automation portfolio.
- Develop and execute business planning strategies for operational efficiency during Fusion migration.
- Manage end-to-end portfolio lifecycle, including prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align tooling strategies with organizational goals.
- Drive innovation in automation solutions to enhance scalability and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee risk management, compliance, and governance for all managed tools and systems.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights on portfolio performance and ROI.
- Foster continuous improvement through best practices and emerging Oracle technologies.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in operations, business planning, or IT portfolio management, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion implementation and management.
- Strong experience leading teams of individual contributors in tooling and automation environments.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills in fast-paced, enterprise settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities.
