Job Description

Overview

Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices. Drives organizational efficiency and effectiveness across business operations. Reports to senior leadership and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities using data-driven analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing best practice solutions.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure process effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to evaluate process alternatives.
  • Ensure accountability through clear process ownership and governance structures.
  • Collaborate with IT and Oracle systems teams to optimize technology-enabled processes.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on process improvement outcomes.
  • Mentor process improvement specialists and promote continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in business process management or consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale process transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in process mapping and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems and process optimization preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
