Business Process Optimization Program Manager 4-ProdDev

Job Description

Overview

Lead the evaluation and streamlining of key business processes and workflows to deliver efficient, scalable solutions. Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across Oracle's global teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and implement transformative process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
  • Design and implement scalable workflows that align with strategic business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in process reengineering projects from inception to deployment.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure process performance and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive process adoption organization-wide.
  • Collaborate with IT and product development teams to integrate automation tools.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations on optimization outcomes and ROI.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in business process management or operations optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale process transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Experience with enterprise tools like Oracle BPM, SAP, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
