Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Transactions Centre of Excellence Team Member (Contractor role) for a 1-year contract with potential extension, based in Bucharest, Romania. Reporting to the Business Transactions Centre of Excellence team leader and manager, you will provide essential administrative and analytical support for consulting processes. Your primary focus will be administering projects created from customer and supplier contract signatures, ensuring seamless transaction management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain project records resulting from customer and supplier contract signatures in Oracle systems.
  • Monitor business transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with consulting processes and internal policies.
  • Perform data analysis on transaction volumes, identifying trends and potential issues for proactive resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate contract details and initiate project setups efficiently.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards on project status, transaction metrics, and performance indicators.
  • Support audit processes by compiling transaction documentation and responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Update and maintain databases with transaction data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Assist in process improvements for transaction handling, recommending enhancements to streamline operations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in contracts, projects, or supplier agreements.
  • Provide administrative support for team initiatives, including scheduling, documentation, and meeting facilitation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, transactional, or project support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive transaction data.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Experience with ERP systems or database management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP or similar enterprise software.
  • Prior experience in consulting services or project administration.
  • Familiarity with contract management processes and supplier onboarding.
  • Basic understanding of financial transactions and invoicing procedures.
  • Proficiency in Romanian language for local stakeholder interactions.
