Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to join our NetSuite team in Metro Manila, Philippines, focusing on building and expanding strategic partnerships with channel resellers and integrators. In this role, you will drive revenue growth through the NetSuite ecosystem by recruiting, enabling, and motivating partners to sell our cloud-based ERP solutions. As part of Oracle, you will leverage world-class resources to accelerate your career while contributing to a high-energy sales environment dedicated to customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing network of NetSuite channel partners in the Philippines and surrounding regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner executives to drive joint business planning and revenue targets
  • Execute channel sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals through partner-led opportunities
  • Enable partners with comprehensive training, marketing resources, and sales tools to maximize NetSuite solution adoption
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to co-sell with partners and uncover new business opportunities
  • Monitor partner performance metrics, providing coaching and incentives to ensure consistent deal registration and pipeline growth
  • Negotiate channel contracts, incentives, and deal registrations to optimize profitability and partner commitment
  • Represent NetSuite at industry events, partner conferences, and customer meetings to promote channel programs
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine channel strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Report on channel pipeline, forecast accuracy, and program effectiveness to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliance development within the software/SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through indirect sales channels
  • Strong understanding of cloud ERP solutions, ideally with NetSuite or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with experience engaging C-level executives
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales analytics platforms
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the Philippines and regionally as needed
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling ERP, CRM, or financial management software in the APAC region
  • Existing network of channel partners or resellers in the Philippines enterprise market
  • Certification in NetSuite or Oracle cloud products
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog, with additional APAC languages as a plus
  • Prior management experience leading channel sales teams or programs
