Overview

Oracle is seeking a native Mandarin-speaking Accounts Payable Accountant for our Bengaluru office to manage invoice processing, payments, and compliance for China and Taiwan operations. Responsibilities

• Process invoices from China and Taiwan vendors accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoice details against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Execute payments via Oracle financial systems in compliance with local regulations.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Handle vendor inquiries and communications in Mandarin.
• Prepare AP reports and support month-end closing activities.
• Ensure adherence to tax compliance and withholding requirements for AP transactions.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize payment processes.

Qualifications

• Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in reading/writing Chinese characters.
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in multinational firms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP or similar financial software.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
