Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Oracle solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized client solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention post-sale.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on progress to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with Oracle or similar tech.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, database, and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; ability to travel as needed.
