Overview

Client Success Specialist II is a renewal and inside sales team member responsible for driving maximum adoption of Oracle solutions. This role focuses on product expansion and client retention to ensure long-term customer success. Based in Denver, CO, the position plays a key role in optimizing client value from Oracle's cloud and software offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewal processes for client contracts, ensuring timely upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Drive product adoption by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to promote retention.
  • Conduct business reviews to assess usage, satisfaction, and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to develop tailored success plans.
  • Track client health metrics and proactively address risks to prevent churn.
  • Utilize CRM tools to forecast renewals and pipeline for product expansions.
  • Deliver product training and enablement to maximize client ROI from Oracle solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or inside sales.
  • Proven track record in SaaS renewals, expansion, and retention.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud or enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and data analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
