Overview

Oracle is seeking a Client Success Specialist IV to drive customer satisfaction and retention for our cloud solutions in Chile. In this senior role, you will partner with key clients to optimize their Oracle product usage, resolve complex issues, and identify expansion opportunities. Join our dynamic team in Santiago to deliver exceptional value and foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, ensuring high adoption and ROI from Oracle Cloud services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client health, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to address escalations and implement success plans.
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies to drive product expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle best practices, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations.
  • Monitor client feedback through surveys and metrics to proactively mitigate churn risks.
  • Lead training sessions and enablement programs for client teams on new features and updates.
  • Report on client success KPIs and contribute to regional success initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or consulting, preferably with Oracle or SaaS technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts in Latin America, with deep knowledge of cloud ERP/CRM/HCM.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with client objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud) preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and analytics platforms for client insights.
