Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) is seeking a Cloud Architect in Romania to deliver proactive and reactive technical support to customers. This role supports the sales team in securing new business opportunities by designing and implementing Oracle Cloud solutions. Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions for customer environments.
• Provide proactive technical support, including performance tuning and health checks.
• Deliver reactive troubleshooting for cloud-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create proof-of-concepts and technical proposals.
• Lead migrations from on-premises systems to Oracle Cloud platforms.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers on best practices.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud innovations and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, preferably with Oracle Cloud.
• Expertise in OCI services including Compute, Storage, Networking, and Database.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance standards.
• Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or OCI CLI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-facing communication abilities.
