Responsibilities

• Design and execute data migration strategies from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Develop and optimize BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRP reports in Oracle Cloud.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation during migrations.
• Configure Financials and Supply Chain modules for reporting accuracy.
• Conduct gap analysis between EBS and Cloud environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration roadmaps and reporting requirements.
• Provide post-migration support and hypercare services.
• Mentor junior team members on Oracle Cloud best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• Expertise in data migration tools like FBDI, ADFDI, and HDL.
• Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, and Redwood Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM modules.
• Experience with EBS R12 and Cloud ERP transitions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Oracle certifications preferred.
