Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, client-facing Consulting Manager with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM). You will lead discovery workshops, analyze business requirements, and design scalable Oracle SCM Cloud solutions. As a trusted advisor, blend technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills to drive client success.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops to gather and document business requirements for Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.
• Design and architect robust, scalable solutions leveraging full Oracle Fusion SCM capabilities.
• Conduct gap-fit analyses between client needs and Oracle SCM Cloud functionalities.
• Guide clients through configuration, customization, and integration best practices.
• Manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality consulting engagements.
• Deliver executive presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts for Oracle SCM solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on SCM Cloud innovations, upgrades, and optimization strategies.
• Foster long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional Oracle services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM implementations, with 5+ years in Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Proven track record as a Consulting Manager leading client-facing engagements.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, etc.).
• Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud configurations, integrations, and extensions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field; Oracle certifications preferred.
