Overview

The Oracle Cloud organization seeks a Cloud Customer Success Specialist in São Paulo, SP, Brazil, to serve as a trusted customer advisor. Guide clients through cloud adoption, best practices, and usage while acting as their advocate within Oracle. This role demands technical expertise alongside a customer-centric mindset, ownership behavior, and unwavering focus on customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on Oracle Cloud adoption strategies and best practices.
  • Support clients in optimizing cloud usage and resolving technical issues.
  • Act as the primary customer advocate within Oracle's internal teams.
  • Drive customer success metrics, including adoption rates and satisfaction scores.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to address customer needs.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively identify risks or opportunities.
  • Develop and share customer success stories and case studies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cloud computing, preferably with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Strong customer-facing skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Technical proficiency in cloud services, architecture, and migration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Portuguese and English.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
