Overview
Customer Success Services seeks an experienced Cloud & GoldenGate Expert for our Expertise Center Delivery team in Bucharest, Romania. As a Database Specialist, you will provide support for Oracle Database products across various platforms, including Oracle Engineered Systems, SPARC, OCI, and ExaCC deployments. Join a global team helping customers optimize their database environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for Oracle Database on Oracle and non-Oracle platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle Engineered Systems and SPARC environments
- Support Oracle GoldenGate replication and high availability solutions
- Optimize database performance in OCI and ExaCC cloud deployments
- Collaborate with global customers to implement best practices
- Conduct root cause analysis and proactive monitoring
- Deliver technical guidance and knowledge transfer to customers
- Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge base
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Database administration experience
- Expertise in Oracle GoldenGate configuration and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of OCI, ExaCC, and hybrid cloud environments
- Experience with Exadata, SPARC, and engineered systems
- Excellent problem-solving and customer-facing skills
- Oracle certifications (OCP, OCM) highly preferred
