Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion & Taleo) solutions for clients.
• Lead implementation projects for HCM Cloud and on-prem applications like eBusiness Suite and Peoplesoft.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and provide expert recommendations.
• Configure, customize, and integrate HCM modules to meet business needs.
• Develop solution blueprints, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
• Support go-live activities, testing, and post-implementation optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations (Fusion Cloud preferred).
• Deep expertise in HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management.
• Strong knowledge of on-prem apps: eBusiness Suite, Peoplesoft HCM.
• Proven solution architecture experience with integrations (OIC, SOAP/REST).
• Oracle certifications (e.g., HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across India (GSC locations).
