Job Description

Overview

Primary job duty is to sell Oracle technology software products and related services in a defined territory in Beijing, China. Identifies, qualifies, and closes new opportunities while managing accounts through the entire sales process from prospecting to post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth, increase local market share, and build business partner revenue and self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Prospect and develop new business through targeted outreach.
  • Manage full sales cycle from specifications to contract negotiations and signing.
  • Close deals to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Leverage Oracle sales model to optimize selling processes.
  • Build and expand relationships with business partners for mutual revenue growth.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technology software sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to travel within Beijing territory as needed.
