Overview

Leading contributor driving Oracle Cloud sales in China, providing direction and mentoring while tackling non-routine, complex challenges with advanced technical and business skills. Excel in forecasting, expense management, and closing new business through prospecting, presentations, and client relationship management. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with deep Oracle and competitor knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the Chinese market.
  • Forecast sales accurately and manage territory expenses effectively.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Close new Oracle Cloud business deals successfully.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client sales issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in sales strategies.
  • Analyze competitors and position Oracle solutions advantageously.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of applicable experience, including 7 years in technology sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education.
  • Proven track record exceeding sales objectives and territory growth.
  • Strong business development and prospecting skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle products and competitors.
