Job Description

Overview

We are seeking motivated sales representatives in China to sell Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) across IaaS and PaaS in public and private clouds. Help customers overcome challenges from growing data volumes and demanding service levels to deliver quantifiable business outcomes and exceptional experiences. Drive customer expansions and renewals through delighted relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads for OCI solutions targeting enterprise customers in China.
  • Deliver industry insights on OCI's value in IaaS and PaaS for public/private clouds.
  • Understand customer business pains related to data growth and SLAs.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals showcasing quantifiable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for solution demonstrations and POCs.
  • Drive customer expansions, upsells, and contract renewals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of enterprise cloud sales experience, preferably in China market.
  • Proven track record selling IaaS/PaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and Oracle technologies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Mandarin/English.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas consistently.
