Partner directly with a leading federal agency to lead and accelerate cloud adoption for mission-critical systems. Drive transformative cloud strategies to enhance security, scalability, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect cloud solutions tailored to federal agency mission needs using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Lead cloud migration strategies, assessments, and roadmaps for legacy systems to modern cloud environments.
• Champion cloud adoption by evangelizing best practices, conducting workshops, and building agency-wide buy-in.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performance cloud deployments.
• Provide technical leadership on OCI services including compute, storage, networking, and security features.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots to demonstrate cloud value and accelerate adoption.
• Monitor cloud performance, optimize costs, and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
• Mentor teams on cloud-native development, DevOps, and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with 5+ years on Oracle Cloud or AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Proven track record leading federal cloud migrations and adoption initiatives.
• Deep expertise in OCI services, hybrid/multi-cloud strategies, and FedRAMP compliance.
• Strong communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement and technical presentations.
• Active security clearance (Secret or higher) preferred; U.S. citizenship required.
